How do I clear a camp-on on a Toshiba Telephone System?
Go to the phone that has the camp-on
Press Intercom # 409 and hang-up
If this doesn't’t clear it then fallow the next set of directions
Press the Msg button
Go to the phone that the camp on is ringing to pick it up and hang up
Example: Extension 10 has a camp-on on extension 14
Press the Msg button on extension 10; go to extension 14 pick-up and hang-up the phone
This should clear it if not call us immediately!

Enter User ID: 900
Enter the password for user ID 900
Select “Change System Time” press # 2

How do I RESET a user’s password on a Perfect Voice Elite/Voice Answer?
This option allows the System Administrator to change a User’s password to the default password. The default password is the user’s extension number.
Access the System Administrator Menu
Press * to cancel auto-login
Enter User ID: 900
Enter the password for user ID 900
Select “Reset a Password” press # 4

How do I RESET a User’s ID on a Perfect Voice Elite/Voice Answer?
This option allows the System Administrator to reset a User’s ID. This option is used if there is as change of employee.
Access the System Administrator Menu
Press * to cancel auto-login
Enter User ID: 900
Enter the password for user ID 900
Select “Reset User ID” press # 6
Fallow prompts
Press the Cnf/Trn button then your Voice Mail button
when you hear the main greeting press the Mail Box # and hang-up*.
*Make sure you hang up as quickly as possible, or your transfer won’t know where they are.
